The Restart38 Fuel Distribution Control manages the detection of fuel supplies and is created for those with private distribution pumps. Our system allows you to implement control hardware that reads the badges of people authorised to refuel and identifies the vehicles. If the identification is successful, the pump unlocks and sends the identity of the person, the vehicle in use, the station and the fuel amount required to the administrators.

DISTRIBUTION POINT
a badge reader and one or more RFID readers will be installed at each system.

CARS
each car will be equipped with an RFID identification tag or plate recognition will be implemented at the distribution point.

STAFF
each authorised person will be provided with a badge.
1. The administration assigns permission to the vehicle and the user via the web app.
2. The user arrives at the distribution point. The antenna recognises the vehicle by means of RFID tags.
3. The user goes to the totem and uses their company badge to be recognised and authorised.
4. The user types the mileage of their vehicle through the totem interface.
5. The system automatically unlocks the refuelling pump with compatible fuel.
6. The user can refuel. The administration can see everything in real-time through the synoptic viewer.
7. The delivery made can be viewed in the report. Quantity, user, vehicle, mileage, time and date are recorded.
8. The administration can check in real time the fuel level at each individual distribution point and any anomalies.
Our Fuel Distribution system can be implemented on servers at the client's premises (dedicated servers at the company) or on an in-Cloud basis. The system can be integrated without the need for an internal structure. It is highly configurable, and can be customised to meet the customer's needs and integrated into their systems.
This applies to companies that manage supplies with paper forms. In these contexts, an assistant completes the documentation by hand in relation to arrivals at the distribution point. There may also be contexts where staff independently certify their own supply, without a supervisor.
The company therefore already has a registration procedure, but is not optimised. Our Fuel Distribution system will allow for digitalisation of the paper register. The result will be a self-powered information register, in which each individual delivery will appear.
This is the case for family-run companies or companies with few employees. The use of fuel pumps is therefore not controlled by any system and is based on trust. The need for these contexts is to monitor fuel consumption and fuel level within tanks.
The implementation of Fuel Distribution will allow the company to keep consumption under control and to have reports of individual deliveries and total quantities in real time.
This is the case where the company already has an electronic register but does not have a control system that unlocks the pumps only to authorised users.
Our Fuel Distribution control system will perform the access control function. The fuel pump will be unlockable only after identifying the user with a badge and/or the vehicle using an RFID tag. Again, in this case, as in all previous cases, a historical report of all deliveries will always be available, as well as a management area in which to check the permits.

MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
The user and vehicle data can be imported from management systems already in use or created from scratch with our administration panel.

PRIVACY GUARANTEED
The imported or entered data are not transmitted outside the company network with adequate security measures to comply with legislation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)..

ALWAYS ON
In the event of a temporary network malfunction, the distribution points are autonomous, still allowing the entire identification and delivery process.

MAINTENANCE
On each column, it is possible to carry out remote maintenance and checks.

DISTRIBUTION POINT
For each vehicle, it is possible to select the distribution point where it is allowed to refuel, if more than one distribution point is in use.

YOU CAN USE YOUR USUAL BADGES
For refuelling, you can use the personal badge already provided to users.

REPORTING
Access to reports with the possibility of tracing a history of total or partial deliveries. It is possible to trace each individual delivery (user and vehicle, pump, litres, which distribution point, date and time).

NO UNEXPECTED EVENTS
In the event of problems, it is possible to use the administration area to generate temporary authorisations for exceptional situations (e.g. driver has forgotten their badge, corrupted RFID, illegible licence plate, etc.).

ACCOUNTS
In the business administration section, there is a web interface with all the reporting details for tax returns and daily delivery rates. The reports can be exported in Excel format or can be integrated with the company management system.
ev_station
NEVER EMPTY
The system includes monitoring of the tank levels, which can be viewed on the administration panel. You can also receive automatic alerts by setting certain thresholds.

CLARITY
The user is asked to enter the mileage of the car. This makes it possible to check the consistency between litres dispensed and consumption.

VERSATILITY
It is also possible to create control systems without previously registered vehicles, via manual insertion by the driver of the chassis or license plate at the time of dispensation.

DIAGNOSTICS
In our fuel distribution management system, there is a diagnostic and control interface that uses a configurable synoptic viewer to allow you to monitor in real-time the operation of each individual component of the system (e.g. pump disconnected, pump in use, RFID not working, etc.). This diagnosis is completed by an alarm system (failure, unauthorised attempt, etc.), which can also be set up to operate via email.
Would you like to discuss with us how best to integrate our solution into your existing system? We can show you all the benefits and technical characteristics of our Fuel Distribution Control system, as well as discussing timescales, resources and budget.
