Restart38 Visitor Management is a system designed for companies, office buildings, large service centres, medical clinics, schools, universities, prisons, courts, nursing homes, etc.

All administrative, production, commercial, training and institutional bodies, which need to control the attendance, safety, travel and access of visitors, streamlining reception procedures, optimising timescales and flows and improving the security of their environments.

Our system is customisable to suit the needs of your business. The Visitor Management system will be integrated with the company management systems. Administrator profiles will be created that can create appointments and visitor waiting lists.

When the guest arrives in the building, they will check-in using the appropriate app by selecting the appointment for which they are expected.

At the end of the appointment, the system will notify the reception of the appropriate exit of the user, guaranteeing safety and precision.

How Restart38 Visitor Management works

The employee creates the visit via the PRE-REGISTRATION PORTAL

The visitor receives the link via email to download the app from the stores.

The visitor downloads the app and fills in their data.

The app communicates with the corporate cloud to synchronise the details.

On the day of the appointment, the visitor goes to the gate indicated by the app and checks in using the app.

The visitor is identified by the supervisor, who checks the booking of the visit and verifies that the user has checked in through the VISIT MANAGEMENT TABLET.

The supervisor authorises the visit via the tablet.

The employee is automatically notified of the arrival of the visitor by email.

The visitor receives a virtual badge and the Safety Rules to be read and approved on their device.

Using the virtual badge, the visitor unlocks the turnstile and accesses the facility.

The visitor is given access only to the authorised terminals in an automatically designated pathway.

At the end of the visit, the employee accesses the pre-registration portal, verifies that the visitor has signed the Safety Rules and countersigns them, authorising the exit.

The visitor retraces their steps to the exit.

The visitor unlocks the turnstile, recording their exit. The supervisor can check if the exit has been authorised.
